01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EdgeSteed services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

02Services

EdgeSteed provides software development and consulting services including:

• Custom software development
• Technical consulting and architecture
• Ongoing support and maintenance

03Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate and respond promptly to requests
• Make payments according to agreed terms

04Intellectual Property

All custom work created specifically for clients belongs to the client upon full payment. EdgeSteed retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property.

05Limitation of Liability

EdgeSteed's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

06Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed and expenses incurred.
